For six years (grades 7-12) Chris went to the Saint Louis Priory School, a Catholic boys' college preparatory school run by the Benedictine monks of the St. Louis Abbey. He received a classical liberal arts education, and graduated cum laude in May, 1994. |

Chris then attended Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit school, and the oldest insititute of higher education west of the Mississippi. After four years' study, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) as well as an Honors Bachelor of Arts in English. He graduated summa cum laude and was admitted to several honor societies: Phi Betta Kappa (national liberal arts honorary); Alpha Sigma Nu (Jesuit); Sigma Tau Delta (English); Beta Gamma Sigma (Business), among others. |

After graduation, Chris worked with the Huntleigh/Byrne Investment Advisory as assistant portfolio manager. He was also a registered representative (stockbroker) with Huntleigh Securities Corporation in Clayton where he had interned in the insurance agency during college. Currently, he is employed with what may be the nation's most trusted brokerage firm, Edward Jones, where he is a Unit Trust trader. In 2006, he was made a Limited Partner of the firm. |

In October of 2007, Chris finished his graduate work at Webster University in St. Louis, earning a Master's in Business Administration, with graduate honors. |
Chris is a devout Catholic, and is active in his parish on various committees and as an usher. He has been very active in the Knights of Columbus, and is a Past Grand Knight of Archbishop John L. May Council #11437, and Past Faithful Navigator of St. Louis Assembly #565, where he lead many patriotic and civic initiatives.
In October, 2005, Chris was made a knight in the Portuguese Royal Order of St. Michael of the Wing by His Royal Highness, Dom Duarte, Duke of Braganza. He received this honor in recognition of his efforts to spread devotion to Blessed Nuno Alvarez de Pereira, including the litany he composed in honor of him. Chris is active within the Royal Brotherhood of that order, serving as the Secretary of the North American Delegation (Commandery of Bl. Nuno). (Chris has also been honored by being named a knight in the Order of Prince Danilo I, by HRH Nikola II of Montenegro.)
Chris has a wide variety of interests, including chant and liturgies of the different rites of the Catholic Church; fraternal organizations; and chivalry and heraldry. He enjoys reading and writing about these interests, and has been published in several different periodicals, including Columbia and Sauce Magazine. Other pursuits include cooking and good food and wine, and waterfowl and upland game hunting.
He currently resides near St. Louis Hills, on the county/city border.
